All orders for London or nationwide delivery will arrive in our eco-friendly, recyclable cardboard packaging.

Sending an orchid as a gift
Orchids make the perfect gift, so we think there's a variety for every gifting moment.
Always beautifully presented on arrival, our gifting service offers the option to add a personalised gift note, or upgrade your plant to include extra additions like a ceramic or terracotta pot, plus a wide range of home accessories.
If a gift is for a particular date, you can choose your delivery date to coordinate with the occasion. If your chosen date is within the next 14 days, you can select it through our on-site calendar, while if you’re looking to order a gift in advance, contact our customer service team at contact@flowerbx.com.

How to care for your orchids
Orchid plants require good light levels, especially during winter, however do not place the plants in direct sunlight. Avoid draughts and fluctuating temperatures.
Orchids should not be exposed to extreme temperatures of below 15°c or above 25°c.
Water regularly whilst the plant is flowering and reduce watering slightly during the winter.
Always keep the foliage dry, taking care not to splash the leaves. Do not let the roots dry out but avoid letting the plant sit in water. Mist the plant lightly in summer.
Occasionally wipe off the dust from the leaves with a damp cloth as accumulated dust will block light from reaching the foliage.
As plants are a natural product, there may be variation in size and colour throughout the season.
