Are my same-day delivery flowers trackable?
Yes, your FLOWERBX same-day delivery flowers are fully trackable.
On your delivery date, our courier will be in touch via email and/or SMS to inform you of your approximate delivery time window, including a link that will allow you to view when your flowers are delivered.
Once your order has been dispatched, any delivery queries should be directed to the courier directly with the actions listed on your email confirmation.

Each product will show whether your flower of choice will arrive in bud or bloom, allowing you to choose a stem that suits you.
Flowers for a specific event should be ordered a few days in advance to allow them time to open.
Should you wish to order flowers with same-day delivery, you should place your order by 1pm the same day for delivery before 10pm (applicable Monday to Saturday, London only).
How do same-day flower deliveries arrive?
For orders placed to London postcodes only, deliveries will arrive by our own FLOWERBX electric courier vans.
Following placing your order, you will receive an email and/or SMS from our courier, allocating an approximate one-hour time slot for your same-day delivery.
Please note, same-day deliveries may be made up to approximately 10pm on your chosen delivery date (applicable Monday to Saturday).
