I've started a subscription, will I receive loyalty reward?

Yes! Make sure you opt into our marketing emails to start receiving rewards. 

Can I use my welcome code on a subscription?

Unfortunately, your welcome discount does not apply to subscriptions, but it can be redeemed against any other flowers, gifts, or accessories. 

Do you have any offers on subscriptions?

When you subscribe, you're already receiving flower deliveries at a discounted rate – so we rarely ever run any additional offers against subscriptions. Should we ever run special promotions, you'll find them by subscribing to our marketing emails.

Do I need an account to start a subscription?

Yes, we recommend you open an account prior to starting a subscription, for an easy way to self-manage your deliveries. Once you subscribe, details of your subscription including next delivery date and subscription type will be shown in your account, plus giving you the ability to pause, skip, and upgrade your deliveries. 

I don't have an account, how do i manage my subscription?

We would recommend you open a FLOWERBX account before ordering a subscription, which will allow you to manage your subscription via the account area of our website. 

What flowers will I receive in my subscription?

Both our Signature and Prestige Subscriptions feature favourites from our core collection and seasonal blooms, while our Seasonal Subscription focuses on one star variety, changing three times throughout the year.

How do you choose the flowers?

Our team carefully select the flower varieties in each of our subscriptions based on seasonality, quality and beauty. We aim to provide a mix of seasonal and year-round flowers in both our Signature and Prestige subscriptions, as well as offering a range of colours to suit every style.

Can I request which colours I receive?

The colour of the flowers in our subscriptions are hand-selected by our floral design team based on seasonality, quality, and availability, so you are unfortunately able to change the colour of the flowers received in your subscription.

Can I switch the flowers in my subscription?

The flowers in our subscriptions are hand-selected by our floral design team based on seasonality, quality, and availability, so you are unfortunately able to switch the flowers within your subscription. You can, however, update or change your subscription in the 'My Account' section of our website. 

How many subscriptions can I have?

You can start an unlimited amount of personal and gift subscriptions on one FLOWERBX account, creating a simple way to manage multiple subscriptions at once. 

Can I change my subscription type?

Yes! You can update your subscription type by visiting the subscriptions tab on your account. Applicable to self-purchased subscriptions only.

Which vases do you recommend?

Our subscriptions vary in stem count and style, so we recommend the following FLOWERBX vase for each:

The Signature Subscription - Royal Windsor or Small Mayfair vase
The Prestige Subscription - Medium Mayfair or Medium Apothecary vase
The Seasonal Subscription: Hydrangea - Medium Apothecary vase
The Seasonal Subscription: Peonies or Tulips - Royal Windsor or Small Mayfair vase

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

Yes. We offer pre-paid, set-duration gift subscriptions for three, six or twelve months. Simply select 'gift subscription' when placing your order. 

Do I manage my recipient's deliveries?

To manage your recipient's deliveries, log in and head to the subscriptions area of your account. From here, you'll be able to skip or change the delivery date of your recipient's upcoming bouquets. Please note, you cannot cancel or pause a gifted subscription.

What will my recipient receive on their first order?

On their first delivery, your recipient will receive the below, dependant on subscription type:

The Signature Subscription - 20 stems of Pink Sweet Avalanche roses

The Prestige Subscription - 30 stems of Pink Sweet Avalanche roses 

I received a subscription gift, can I change the email?

You are unfortunately unable to change the email address on a gifted subscription. 

I received a subscription gift, can I change my delivery?

Yes. If you've received a gift subscription and you'd like to change the details of your delivery, please contact the sender or our customer care team

I received a subscription gift, can I pause my delivery?

Unfortunately, you are unable to pause deliveries on gift subscriptions. However, you can change dates or skip deliveries. Please contact our customer care team for further assistance.

I received a subscription gift, can I change my frequency?

Unfortunately, you are unable to change the frequency of deliveries on gift subscriptions. 

I received a subscription gift, can I change my subscription?

Unfortunately, you are unable to update the subscription type on gift subscriptions. 

I received a subscription gift, can I cancel my delivery?

You are not able to cancel a gift subscription during its duration, however, you can change dates, skip deliveries, or redirect it to a new address. Please contact our customer care team for further assistance.

Do you offer a gift card?

Yes! If you'd prefer, you can send a subscription gift card to your recipient, allowing them to choose the details of their upcoming subscription. Click here to find out more about our subscription gift cards.

I have a subscription gift card - what do I do?

Subscription gift cards can be redeemed on our pre-paid gift subscriptions. Visit our subscription page, then select the package and add your gift card code at the voucher section at checkout. To find out more please click here.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you can skip a delivery on both self-purchased and gifted subscriptions. Log into your account area of our website, then head to the 'my subscription' section. Press 'skip delivery' and you're done! 

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can temporarily pause a self-purchased subscription. Log into your account area of our website, then head to the 'my subscription' section. Press 'pause' and simply let us know when you'd like to restart. 

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, you can change the delivery date for upcoming orders, should they have not yet been billed. Log into your account and head to the 'my subscription' section in your account. Next, select 'change date' to see availability. Please note, the date selected is your new billing date, with shipment and delivery commencing within four days (excluding bank holidays). We are unable to deliver to certain areas on some days of the week. 

Can I change my frequency?

Yes, you can update the delivery frequency on self-purchased subscriptions. Log into your account area of our website, then head to the 'my subscription' section. Here, you'll be able to update the frequency of your subscription to once every one, two, three, or four weeks. Please note, updating may alter your next billing date. 

Can I get my next delivery sooner?

Yes, if you click 'send now' on your subscription order, it will automatically reschedule to our next delivery slot within the next four days (excluding bank holidays). Delivery slots are subject to availability and change. 

Can I send my subscription to a different recipient?

You can update the delivery address on self-purchased subscriptions at any time, so can redirect your bouquet to a different address both temporarily and permanently.

I'm moving home, how do I change my address?

Yes, log into your account and navigate to the 'my subscriptions' section - here you are able to change your delivery address and select to apply it to future shipments using 'use for all shipments'

Can I add something extra to my future deliveries?

If you'd like to add any additional products to your next delivery, please contact our customer care team, quoting your subscription order number. 

Can I pay with a gift card?

Yes, we offer a subscription gift card, which can be redeemed on our pre-paid gift subscriptions only. To find out how to set this up, visit the 'how to set up your gift subscription' page here. Should you need further assistance, please contact our customer care team.

Can I use a voucher code?

Voucher codes are not valid on subscriptions. However, from time to time we may have a promotion on subscriptions, so sign up to email marketing to receive updates.
